Return and Refund Policy

At World Green Beans, we are committed to supplying high-quality green coffee beans sourced from trusted global origins.

Due to the agricultural and bulk nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the goods have been delivered and accepted, except in specific cases.

If you receive an incorrect product or if the goods are damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting evidence such as photos or videos.

Once the issue is reviewed and verified, we may offer a replacement or process a partial or full refund depending on the situation.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
